Please fill out the master garbage plan survey!

The SC@LD HOA board would also request your participation in an important trash survey to determine the community’s interest level in a ‘Master Trash Service’ . The main benefits of a new master trash service would be 1) reduced cost for each owner 2) reduced trash truck traffic and ‘wear and tear’ on our streets 3) increased accountability and leverage with service provider. Weed Control Spraying starting Monday, June 18th

posted Jun 12, 2018, 8:49 AM by Zac Cohen

G'day Homeowners, It is that time of year again, weed control spraying! Neils Lunceford is again spraying this year and will start near the school with Dylan/Shane Court on Monday, June 18th. Spraying is expected to take 3 days ending on Gingerquill. NOTE: The solution used is hormone based and causes the weed to overgrow then die. This takes about two weeks so don't be surprised to still see the weeds in your yard during this time! If you are not home at the time of spraying and feel more coverage is needed please contact Brian McGrath from Neils Lunceford via e-mail by the 3rd day after the spraying and schedule a follow-up. Use this link to send the e-mail. Please include the following: • Your Name • Your Address • Date of weed control spraying • Description of issue Please make sure to CC the HOA on this e-mail if it doesn’t automatic appear ( Still have questions?
